I’m scanning a Zeus magazine, Leather Fantasy (photography by Jim Hawkins), featuring Leo Stone and I just want to be sure I’m not duplicating a post on Mr. Stone before I write this up, so I search my own website and see only 2 entries! Then, on GEVI (Gay Erotic Video Index) I see no films, and wonder – does he have an AKA? Again, searching BJland I come up with – Bob Bouchard his name when he modeled for Target Studios. How did I forget that? (Who needs a memory when a keyboard and search functions work much faster?) Seems to have modeled just around 1979-1981, and then, hmmmm. There’s a sexy “flashback” set of pics published in a 1999 Honcho, and of course the cover of Honcho with partner Val Martin… (checking my own link..) in July of 1981. The man looks just as good if not better, in clothing as he does naked, right? These are all from Leather Fantasy – enjoy!

In addition to Zeus’ “Leather Fantasy,” his days as a Target Studios model, and the Honcho appearances that BJ outlined above, there was an appearance in “Men of Arena” No2 (1979) only under the name “Hank.”
There was a Feb 1980 Honcho appearance (only 3 pages) but with one of his hottest Target pics.
Then there is also “Zeus Presents Val & Leo” also from 1979, the same year as “Leather Fantasy” and it’s a really amazing set of photos of the duo. A really intense leather BDSM photo series. I think the July 1981 Honcho photos are from that set.

Val & Leo were arm wrestling on the cover & centerfold of Drummer issue 30 (1978) in a feature entitled “Gods from Zeus in Mondo Bondage” Model & photo credits: “Bob and Val by David Sparrow” (This is interesting because it might be their first appearance together in print- I can’t confirm)
Finally, Leo was on the cover of Bunkhouse Vol1 No2 1980 (with a photo from the “Leather Fantasy” series. Bizarrely, he was not on the inside of the issue. That’s a gay porno crime.
Gay porno Leo Stone trivia:
The location for the Leather Fantasy photo shoot, as well as the Val & Leo photo shoot was Griffith Park Zoo in LA. Additionally, the amazing bicep tattoo which Leo Stone sports in many of his solo photos was temporary. It was painted on just for that shoot. You have to see it in color to really appreciate it.
What I find so cool about the photos above from Leather Fantasy is that Leo Stone is exploring the theme of fantasy roles of top and bottom, all by himself. In some he appears to be the confident BDSM top. In others, he is obviously the sub. It’s terrific stuff.
