AKA Mr. Egan’s Paperboy (1977) – apparently Falcon nabbed Mr. Egan to do a follow up to his 1975 Brentwood film – Mr. Egan and the Paper Boy – I didn’t know “paper boys” were a particular “thing”!
Remember “Mr. Egan and the Paperboy”? Well, Jack Egan has moved and wants a new paperboy. He knows that they deliver . . . sometimes more than just a newspaper. Arriving home from a heavy workout at the gym Jack discovers that his newspaper has not been delivered. He mixes himself a drink and even though it is raining, calls the circulation department for a special delivery. The new paper boy arrives soaked to the skin…. …. I think you can figure out the rest. (Not sure how rain could’ve prevented Mr. Egan from making that call, but we’re glad it didn’t deter him.)
starring Jack Egan and Billy Putnam

So Hot!!!
Not sure I remember this one as well as the original but it was very good. So long as the paper “boy” is old enough, and with as big and pretty a dick as Billy Putnam had, I can see why they decided to film a sequel of sorts. Also since Falcon apparently bought the first incarnation from Brentwood it makes sense they would make their own to capitalize on what a well-known loop the first one was.
Falcon’s music in the earliest videopacs all sounded like this, in fact I’m sure those exact same harmonica-heavy tunes are heard in other loop collections like Johnny Harden & the Champs, Weekend Lockup or Upperclassman. When I posted some of that music to youtube back in 2020 it never gave me copyright warnings about it so I wonder where it came from, some kind of incidental music just looped together maybe. But it must have been made by some musician somewhere.
