quick pause – this is a work in progress; been in drafts folder for years, and figured, flesh out what you can, add in the cover pics, and add stuff as you learn more (from you guys, if you have any of these issues) I think this is a great series, devoted almost entirely to photography, pulled from the pages of In Touch For Men, but also shots that didn’t make it into the monthly, and then some more from studios like COSCO (there’s a lot of COSCO – yippee!). 14 issues in total, through 1980. (and as soon as I hit “publish” I see a lot of cleanup/editing to do!)

I’m really glad you posted it. I agree, it’s a really excellent mag. There’s so much here to comment on (I only have issues 1 – 6, but there’s just so much good stuff in each issue).
I really think you could have done this with a single post for each issue. There’s just so much!
Just the cover of issue 9 has me sooo excited. Scott Taylor! Perfect angle too. There’s so much great photography in these. The covers alone are amazing. I guess that’s why you chose to highlight them.
I say well done, even if ruff and ready (ha ha – from issue 5, right?) I really like the idea of doing a profile on a magazine series, especially one like this, but in the future I hope you’ll consider doing just one issue each post. There’s so much!
Thanks BJ!
Thanks for the Butch McAlister arm kissing!
