I saw our dear friend obsessed’s comment where he said that splooshy guy from Turned On with the curly hair = Rick Faulkner, which is probably why you posted these pics of Rick with his face clearly visible. Obviously the hair is quite different but that’s not as much of a tell, and can be changed pretty easily, as well as facial hair.
Some similarities between the two: nose is somewhat alike, lips moreso than nose, big splooshy cumshot.
Some dissimilarities as I see them: the ears are slightly different, as well as the eyebrows. And gevi (while a wonderful resource) is also chock full of errors, some smaller and others more glaring.
Final analysis: it could be Rick in that scene of Turned On but I still lean towards thinking that splooshy guy was someone else, though I am nowhere near 100% certain. Maybe if Rick was in Turned On he was wearing a Sky Dawson mask, or one of the guys in jockstraps whose faces aren’t shown.
