Well, the guy in the video, (which is very hot by the way), is indeed the same as the construction worker above. And at the start of the video there are words in the upper-left of the screen which say “Fast Eddie.” So that seems like pretty good ID confirmation to me.
However, there still seems to be some confusion around this, different reports from different sources, so I might investigate further.
But it seems pretty likely that this is Fast Eddie.
