The real Colt only existed just till 2003, when Jim French retired. John Rutherford made some very good movies in the aftermath, with models like Adam champ, Carlo Masi and others. But at least since 2010 its just sad to see what happens with this gloryfull studio.
If you´re looking at the homepage today, you can see men who are looking like all day men and who could be found at cheap labels who got nothing to do with what Colt once was.
Luckily, I could by mags from tho 70s and 80s and the “Jim French Diaries Book” and got real Issues of the real Colt glory.
I can just hope that Colt Studio will go on releasing more Volumes of The Vault Editions – showing unreleased films or rerelease old series like the Best of Colt films
