I love both this loop and “Locker Room Cocks”, the magazine that it spawned. King and Stryker looked great together. This loop and “Not Just Friends” with Joe Porcelli, are my two favorite duos that Eric Stryker/Noel Kemp/Mike Kelly ever did. He has great chemistry with both his co-stars. Porcelli practically devours him in that Buckshot (Colt) film. Itis a shame he only did one film, though he did do quite a few stills.

Eric Stryker was the quintessential stud-muffin; hot, sweet, and scrumptious. He’s topped in films, but I prefer it when he’s the one who’s being ravished. That’s the role I fantasize him being with me.

I first saw J.W. King in Pacific Coast Highway in a porn theater. To this day, whenever I hear Rod Stewart’s rock hit Passion, I immediately flash back to King and Steve Richards up in a tree. I really was struck by how confident and assured, J.W. seemed. He never had a beginner’s early nervousness.

I know that William Higgins, like Kristen Bjorn, didn’t play favorites as far as billing credit. But as far as I was concerned, King was the star by natural right. He was a conquering stud. He never bottomed. You can really tell he enjoyed sex. He always seemed to be fully in control. Like Giorgio Canali and Michael Christopher, I can’t think of a single scene of his, that wasn’t memorable. It’s curious that those three, are the only rugged stars that Higgins used regularly. He tended to favor models that were more boyish.

I absolutely concur with everything you so eloquently said. King was a superstar of gay porn, pure and simple. He sizzled in everything he did, quite clearly enjoying every man-filled minute of what he was doing. He was handsome and beautifully hung with a body that no man would wish to change. Gone, but not forgotten, like so many of a certain generation’s ‘gay heroes’ that blazed a trail for us to follow…

Why thank you Bryan! That’s very sweet of you. Happy New Year to BJ, and everyone who posts and looks, at his wonderful blog!
