This is COLT model Nick Chase; I think he became mayor of West Hollywood sometime in the 80s.
More importantly though are all the colour photos of him in Colt’s OLYMPUS #6 magazine – but you need to get the’revised’ edition, which takes out the original Tom of Finland drawings & replaces them with more pictures of Nick.
